What Is The Treatment For PCOD?

Hi , am 30 years old, married for 6 months now , recently dignosed with PCOD. got 2 cyst (size 6 cm and 3 cm). I am seeking pregtnancy. however doctor put me on birth control (diane 35) to cure the cyst. I am only on these pills now. (i took clomid 2 months back and it caused the cyst). My husband also has zero sperm motility , 1.what is the medicine for him?whats the time for treatment? 2.is my treatment ok? 3.doctor was talking about IVF if my husband dosent cure..is this the only way? does it have side effects? whats the success rate? note am 30 now, should i hurry for this ? or wait for my husband to take treatment? please list down all posibilities , and is our treatment plan ok ?
