What Is The Treatment For PCOS?

hello doctor, i am 21 aged girl from delhi..i am suffering from poly ovary cysts from january..currently i am undergoing homeopathic treatment. since then, my periods were regular but that only for one day..this month, my periods are absent..will this treatment will be effective..or should i change to allopathy.. which one is best?? i am more inclined towards allopathy but my parents are towards homeopathy.
