What Is The Treatment For PCOS?

I am twenty years old and have been diagnosed with PCOS. I am on a birth control therapy because of it, so my periods are always regular. This month instead of a normal period, I had a brown mucousy discharge, the last day of which had mild spotting, I have been nauseas the last four days (the days during which my period was supposed to be), but only in the evening around seven pm, and a strange feeling in my lower abdomen. The only way to describe it is a slight tightening feeling, and my sex drive has skyrocketed the last three weeks. My boyfriend and I had a condom tear the second week of January, but I was told I would probably never get pregnant without medical assistance. I have taken a home pregnancy test, but the result was negative. Is there a possibility of pregnancy, or could it be something else?
