What Is The Treatment For A Bruise In The Face?

my son fell on a steel bench and bursied his face, the burise is gone, but now there is a big dent. and I can't help to feel that its my fault for not keeping a closer eye on him. how do i get ride of this dent in his face. He says it doesn't hurt. he is 3 yrs.
