What Is The Treatment For A Bump In The Chin?

Hi so I'm a 19 year old girl and I have had this bruise with a bump on my left shin for over a year now. I got it from a seasonal job I had folding clothes and people would always bump into me causing my shin to repeatedly hit the lower shelf. I thought this was a hematoma but its taking to long to heal. Could this be more, or am I just overreacting?
