What Is The Treatment For A Bump In The Labia Majora?

I had one raised bump in my labia about 2 days after having protected sex about a month ago - it had been three years before that since I had sex. The raised bump is less raised/red/sore, but today I've noticed what I think are 3 or 4 fordyce spots on my labia minora. I am waiting for bloodwork for STD's, but my Dr said the one raised bump I had looked like a blocked sebacious gland, and not to worry. Are fordyce spots contagious? Could I have contracted them from my partner? If so, are they curable? Do they spread? I've NEVER had these before, and am not really concerned about them being a STD, but I am paranoid because I am very selective about whom I choose to have sex with. Please give me your medical opinion.
