What Is The Treatment For A Bump On The Buttock?

I have a bump on the inside of my left butt cheek that has grown in size the past few days and began hurting immensley. Today it looked like a pimple, so I popped it. Instead of puss, however, blood and a small flesh-textured ball came out. What am I dealing with here?
