What Is The Treatment For A Bump On The Foot Of A Child?

my little boy has a spot on the base of his foot. It has a white/yellow head and it all red round it. Its hurts to touch? Can't see anything in it. But we did drop a glass last week. Is there anything we can put on it?

Or do we need to pop to ndoc? regards pete
