What Is The Treatment For A Bump On The Forehead?

Hi, I bumped my forehead on a handrail in a bus last week. I did not feel any discomfort, but after 2 days a bump appeared and the side of my face is slightly swollen. It does give an irritating pain from time to time now. also the swelling seems to start pressing on my eye. It has been 8 days since the incident
