What Is The Treatment For A Bump On The Penis?

hi im 17 and im having a problem. i just got out of the shower im uncircumsized aand i pulled my skin back to dry behind like the bump and on the right side my penis is wrinkyly n red and theres a tiny spot on the skin that looks like its cut n bleeding n the rest is red. no pain at all no feeling. it looks like red n wet n sticky looking i dont wanna touch it. what is it and what should i do. i dont wanna see a doctor cuz thats really uncomfortable for me. please advise im scared!
