What Is The Treatment For A Bump On The Wrist?

I have some kind of bump on my wrist . Its already about 3 month , but its not heal yet . The area infected is 1 cm diameter . Sometimes red and itchy but usually not red and not itchy at all. I've tried nerisona creame but its not improve a lot . What is this ?
Please help.
