What Is The Treatment For A Circular Red Rash In The Armpit?

I have a small circular, red, bumpy rash under my armpit and on my right arms. It itches and sometimes hurts when i pour water over it. Im nOT allergic to any foods or material. What do you think it is? Im also not on any meds or tried anything new in the past year
