I started having dull pain on my right side intermittently for the past four days and now constant dull pain It was higher up on the right side and has moved lower I have been constipated the last three days no other symptoms Can it be ovarian cancer and would it show up on CT scan My age is 55 5 feet 6 inches 158 rheumatic fever as a child and juvenile arthritis which I out grew nothing else no meds
