What Is The Treatment For A Hard Black Line In The Bellybutton?

i have alwaya hard a black line in my belly button, i have pulled it out before with tweezors and it just bled a little. Now i have noticed it is back again..what is this? Its definitely not dirt lol. When i have taken it out beofre it was hard ith no scent at all
