What Is The Treatment For A Hard Lump In The Labia Majora?

i have a hard lump on my left labia majora which when I pressed gently on it stuff that looked similar to a white head was expressed (not pus). then I tried to look for an ingrown hair w/tweezers and aggravated it. now it is still a hard lump under the skin with a sore area on top. i think the sore is from me using tweezers and also from squeezing it. the hot shower makes it feel better. concerned what this could be
