What Is The Treatment For A Itchy Blister In The Stomach?

i went to sleep last night laying on a heating pad. it was on the low settinting, but i woke upe this morning with a blister on my stomach. did it get too hot and i didnt know it? i dont know where else it couldve come from. Its about an inch long, bubbled up, and all red around it. And it hurts
