What Is The Treatment For A Large Red Boil On The Thigh?

My daughter has a large red boil ( I'm guessing ) on the back of her thigh. Which has peeled and scabbed over, and now the surrounding area has developed smaller similar red rashes . The bandages have a yellow puss on them but this keeps spreading rappidly around the original spot. Also the original boil has reacted again
