What Is The Treatment For A Painful Pimple On The Nose?

i had a pimple on the inside of my nose and i was trying to pop it because it hurt so bad and now my whole left side of my nose is very swollen, hard and when i squeeze my nostril all this yellow chunky stuff comes out - im already on cipro for another thing - should i go get it checked or because im already on cipro is it ok
