What Is The Treatment For A Rash In The Lower Leg?

Hi, my mother is 80 years old and very recently she developed a rash on her lower left leg. It started leaking water-like fluid from two blisters at the side of her leg. I have taken her to a Gp who prescribed clobet cream, but its been three days since she's been on med and while the water seeping out has lessened, it is still leaking. appreciate your advise. thx!
