What Is The Treatment For A Rash On The Back And Sore Throat?

i just noticed a rash that covers the left side of my back. it looks like welts/hives, but dosnt itch. i have had watery eyes, sore throat, & from an past injury, chronic headaches back and neck pain. I dont know what the rash could be from though. any thoughts? thanks
