What Is The Treatment For A Red Rash On The Pubic Area?

I have a red reoccurring rash that is in the same spot in my pubic area. and It gets swollen and forms like a pimple. If I don't pop it it just itches and goes away. If I pop it it does what a normal pimple does. But there is like a redish splosh around it that itches. It kinda goes away but I can aways notice it's there. Just not as bad all the time
