What Is The Treatment For A Scab In The Pubic Region?

hi hmmm ok i had pluckd my pubic hairs w/ tweezers.... not the whole pubic area but quite a bit of it tho it has since grown back ... but im not sure if it was an ingrow hair but i did pick at it now theres a raised scab ... i had unprotectd sex with an old ex but now i feel another little bump growning in the already grown out hairs thats sometimes itches and it has me thinking is this something more serious then a ingrown hair? or is this like warts or something? or herpes? :(
