What Is The Treatment For A Small Bump In The Knee?

hello! i have a question, im not to concerned because i have had it for about a year. I have a small bump, sort of on my lower knee it is on the side though. its not attached to mussle and its under my skin. i would like to know what it is though. Any thoughts??
