What Is The Treatment For A Swollen And Painful Bump In The Vaginal Area?

Hi, I have a small spot on the back of the vaginal area that is swollen and incredibly painful. I initially thought it was a tear but it's now red like it's rubbed raw or something. It's been close to a week and a half and the pain isn't subsiding at all.
