What Is The Treatment For A White Circle In The Skin?

So I have a random perfect white circle on the inside of my upper on. it has been there for about a week and I don't know how or why it is there. It looks like it could be a dry spot but it is a perfect white ring and in the middle it is my regular skin color.. what does this mean?
