What Is The Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Heavy Bleeding?

helo doctor i'm 24yrs old not married yet....i'm a professional swimmer but due to my studies and all i stopped swimming for the last 3 yrs.....but now i started exercise and running for a week.......yesterday during exercise i feel very pain in my lower abdomen.....during examination i feell vaginal discharge filled with blood and mucus.....it is light red in colour.....my periods and all are normal......last period date was on 26th march.........please replay doctor....
