What Is The Treatment For Adenomyosis And Enlarged Uterus?

Hello. I have done an mri and it shows i have adenomyosis and an enlarged uterus. it is causing me severe pains during menses and also after i stop bleeding. Last time i had pain for 15 days in a month. i want to know if there is any treatment that is an alternative to surgery . I am 39 years old, my height is 5ft 1inch and weight 70 kgs.
