What Is The Treatment For Anus And Vaginal Infection After Delivery?

I had an episiotomy three weeks ago to deliver my baby, then it got infected after a week, i took antibiotics and infection is gone, but its still not healed, and there is a red bulging tissue formed on the cut right in the centre of the anus and vagina, is it a hemmorroid at a wrong place that came out through the cut?
