What Is The Treatment For Arm Pain And Joint Pain?

my mom is suffering from severe pain in her right arm joint and now pain has started in the left hand joint too.one doctor said its periarthiritis and another said its due to some jerk.she also has mild psoriasis on her arms and feet.im wondering if she is having psoriatic arthiritis?
