What Is The Treatment For Asherman's Syndrome?

my wife is suffering with ashermans syndrome for the last 5 yrs. we got married in 2005 and afer a year we started planning for a baby. Luckily she concieved in her next cycle. But our happlness was shortlived. After about 9 weeks she started spotting which later resulted in miscarriage. The D & C procedure ended up giving her ashermans syndrome.

We discovered this after 6 months as her periods started getting scanty. Her doctor performed operative hysteroscopy along with laproscopy and metroplasty in May 2007. Her this she kept her on hormonal medicines for 7 months . My wife again concieved after an IUI procedure.

This pregnancy lasted for 22 weeks after which her water bag ruptured and we again lost the baby. This happened in April 2008.

After this she has undergone repeated hysteroscopies and laproscopies but to no result. All attempts of IUI and 1 IVF has failed.

After all this ordeal we have finally called it all off. Is there an aurvedic .homeopathic treatment to this that can be tried as the last option.
