What Is The Treatment For Bad Odor Vaginal Discharge?

hello doctor,
i wrote you before regarding cervicities and endometrik thickness and about my high prolactin level that is 128.and also about the foul smell discharge you said that i have a cervix infection or vaginal. iam still taking my medicines that is cabrgoline and meprate tablets but my periods are not normal today is the 8th day.then also iam having bleeding with sharp pains in stomach and back. and also first 2 to 3 days it was so many clots and i want to ask you that wether i am able to conceive or not.i want to plan with in 2 months is it possible to get clear from this soon.how long it will take.please kindly advice iam completely exhausted of all these.than you so much.
