What Is The Treatment For Belly Button Abscess , Pain And Tenderness?

Hello doctor, I have got abscess on my umbilicus. And i have pain too with tenderness. I am so scared that i am 6 month pregnant. I had consulted a Doctor and he gave Bicef 500 D T. And told me to apply glycerin ointment with hot application. But there is no improvment. What should i do? Wether this will effect my fetus?
