What Is The Treatment For Bilateral Polycystic Ovaries?

hello doc am 21 years old ,i dont get regular periods the scan report tells i got bilateral polycystic ovaries ,no free fluid identified in the pod & no adnexal mass lesion . am taking duoluton L every night after dinner some doctors telling tat this is harmful u should not take after 3 months i dont know wat to do , am married now, can i have a baby soon ?
