What Is The Treatment For Black Patch On The Buttocks?

I have a black patch on my buttock just where I keep my purse (right back pocket). This patch was not there before. When i started keeping purse (age 16) , the purse used have friction against the skin and i used to have burning sensation. This continued for 12 years this resulted in a black patch and now embarassing when i go to beach or swimming pools
