What Is The Treatment For Blighted Ovum?

hi..its almost 5 years since our first baby died.since then me and husband find it difficult to have a baby.last august 2011 i was diagnosed blighted ovum...its almost 8 months.i am not still pregnant..21.2 million sperm count of my husband with 0-3 puss cells..pls help us
