What Is The Treatment For Blood Filled Bumps In The Face?

I have 2 blood filled bumps the size of a nickel. I have had a cyst there previously but that was a year ago or better. I have had it now for months. Even if I drain it of all the blood (no puss comes out) it just fills back up and won't go away. Oh, and the 2 times I have drainied it, prior to actually getting it drained you can feel a bubble in it rupture or pop but I still have to open it to get it to drain. I am a MRSA carrier and for the last month have been fighting to clear up three seperate staph infections on my face which I am finally winning. What could these blood bumps be?
