What Is The Treatment For Bruise On The Face?

Hello, i am a 15 year old male and last night i noticed an odd shaped bruise (could be possibly a rash of some sort but i dont think so) on my face. it appeared out of absolutely no where. and then a few days ago i noticed under my ear kinda on the end of the jaw bone but not where it connect is like a swollen lump underneath the skin. my mom thinks it could possibly be a swollen lymph node. but its only on one side, my throat is kinda sore. and i have a bit of an head ache and my nose is kinda swollen im not really that sure that this is something to do with it but its also painful to the touch.
