What Is The Treatment For Bumps In The Nipples?

Hi,For a while i've been able to squeeze the bumps around my nipples and produce a puss like discharge from them. It's making me really selfconcious about them even though I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years now, and i dont want to go to my doctors and ask about it as i know i'll just get really embarresed.
Is this normal or not? thankyou x
