What Is The Treatment For Bumps On The Vagina?

I'm 18 years old and i have never had sex, EVER. i dont know what its called but its not really the vagina above it.if i stand straight, u can see the part with the problem. anyway, bumps appear there. one or two at a time and they get bigger until they are really tender and i can either pop them or they pop by themselves. pus, followed by blood comes out and clear stuff i think. i dont know what it could be!!
