What Is The Treatment For Burning Sensation In The Urethra , Testicle And Stomach?

I have burning in my urethra, testicles and lower stomach and lower back. I have seen a urologist who took a urine and semen sample and then prescibed a course of antibitics for a week. I am 51 yrs.old. I had a blood test carried out for PSA at a chemist here in Spain and an ultrascan on my stomach that showed a small build up of calcium only. Can you help me?
