What Is The Treatment For Cervical Polyp During Pregnancy?

I am 38 years old height 156cm & weight 47kg+. I was diagnosed with cervical polyp during the first trimester. And now I am in the 2nd trimester, but it still on & off bleeding. Will the cervical polyp caused bleeding throughout the pregnancy, & will the bleeding caused infection.
