What Is The Treatment For Chest And Shoulder Pain?

Hi i am 17 year old male i went to the doctor 2 days ago cause iv been haveing chest pain and arm and shoulder pain and feel like im not geting anoff air this has been goen on for 4 months now but in the last few dats got realy bad felt like i was haveing a heart attack 6 months ago i hit a deer at 90mph blew air bags and all ever scence iv been all messed up any way he told me to check out a web site bout thoracic outlet syndrom so i did all the symptoms matched other then chest pain and breathing problems well 2hours after leaveing the docs office laying in bed and the same felling i get in my arm started happening in my leg just below my knee all the way to my big toe i only get the pain in my left arm just below the elbow all the way to my fingures but not my thumb what does this sound like to you and if it soynds like thoracic outlet syndrom cant it cause the chest pain and leg pain and feel like im nit geting anoff air it also wakes me up in the middle of the night from my arm and it is only in my left side also i get a stabeing pain in my lower rib on left side in a area bout the size of a dime and only happens in one spot all the time and i get realy bad headaces can feel them comeing out of my neck and it flares more when laying down or at work lifting semi heavy stuff or constently lufting my arms they did x rays and ekg everything came vack normal and 3 weeks befor that did basic blood test for something different but they also came back normal drew 3 tubs of blood please help
