What Is The Treatment For Chest Pain And Tightness In Shoulder And Arm?

My twelve year older daughter told me a few months ago that sometimes when she is at school her chest hurts and she feels tingly in her right shoulder and upper arm. I took the wait and see approach and actually forgot about it. Today she walked into the room where I was and she said it had just happened again. She had tears in her eyes so I thought I should check on this
