What Is The Treatment For Cluster Of Itchy Bumps On The Anus?

Hello, I am a 42 year old black female, currently not sexually active. Recently, I have moved home to care for my mother who has cancer. Since i've been home, i've noticed a cluster of itchy bumps in my gluteal cleft near my anus. I've had hemorrhoids in the past however these seem different. What question is what are they and how to deal with them?
