What Is The Treatment For Cold And Itchy Skin?

i am suffering from cold alergy since last one and half year. my doctor said to take montek LC once a day after dinner. i had taken Montek LC since jan 2010 to March ist week 2011. during medication period i felt quite ok. i thought not to take now. but now facing same problem as before one and half year and also little bit itching skin. what to do pls advise.
