What Is The Treatment For Contact Dermatitis In A Child?

Hi Doctor. My four year old daughter started with a rash on her neck and behind her ears. The rash looks almost like little raised red pimples and is not itchy. I took her to the doctor and had her tested for strep throat, since she has had it five times in the last 6 months and has had scarlet fever rashes with it. Her throat swab came back positive for strep and abx were started. Three days later her rash started to get worse, spreading into her ears and scalp, onto her chest and back and even onto her her arms a bit. Her doctor thought that she might have scabies or contact dermatitis. She has been treated for both of these last night with triamcinolone and permethrin. Now the morning her rash is not any better and looks like it may almost be spreading. She does not complain of any itching and said that the rash behind her ears hurts. She has also not had any fevers. Any ideas what this is?
