What Is The Treatment For Cough , Eczema And Cold?

my 4 year old daughter has alot of allergies and keeps a runny nose, cough and eczema. I have been giving her zyrtec and claritin back and forth and lately she has been hard of hearing and behind her right ear is swollen and red and pushing her ear out and tender to touch. What is happening?
