What Is The Treatment For Dandruff And Hair Loss?

Hi, The skin in my hair is coming out, it is happening even after i did my shampoo with a well known anti dandruff shampoo. When i try to pluck out the dry hair, I am losing my hair too. Also my hair in the middle of the head, doesn't have any gum to stick to the head. As my father also had the basldness, how can i save my hair..?
