What Is The Treatment For Dark Circles Around The Lips?

how do i remove the darker circle from around my upper & bottom lip? i got it from licking my lips in winter time and i've tried blistex that my family doctor reccommended and it didn't work. i'm trying to go away this summer and i DO NOT want this around my mouth! if you could tell me the quickest way to remove it, as soon as possible.
