What Is The Treatment For Dark Skin In The Genital Area?

I am fair skinned,but my skin in the genital area,rectum and the joints of two legs is very dark.It's more actually black than brown. The striking two-tonedness of the skin is what is so odd looking.And I am not even fat. It almost looks like I'm dirty or something. After taking a close look myself I am really quite appalled. It looks completely freakish.It's really really been bothering me.And my marriage is going to happen within 2months.so plzzzzzz help me
